3. Service Plans and Pricing
Our services are offered through various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current pricing is available on our website and may be updated from time to time. Price changes will be communicated to existing customers at least 30 days in advance.
4. Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
- All fees are in US Dollars (USD)
- Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Money-Back Guarantee
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services
5. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you're not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund. This guarantee applies to the first subscription period only.
6. Access Requirements
To provide our services, you must grant us:
- WordPress administrator access
- Hosting/FTP access (if required)
- Any necessary login credentials
You are responsible for ensuring we have the necessary access to perform the services. Delays caused by lack of access may affect our ability to meet service commitments.
7. Your Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:

- Maintain valid and updated payment information
- Notify us promptly of any issues or concerns
- Not use our services for illegal or malicious purposes

8. Service Limitations

Additional services may be available upon request and separate agreement.
9. Backup Policy
While we maintain regular backups as part of our service, we recommend you also maintain your own independent backups. We are not responsible for data loss beyond our reasonable efforts to maintain backup systems.
10. Uptime and Response Times
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Response times for support requests vary by plan and are measured during business hours unless otherwise specified.
11. Emergency Services
Emergency hack repair services are subject to the following:
- Available on applicable plans only
- Response time begins when we receive notification and access
- Complex infections may require additional time
- We reserve the right to recommend additional security measures
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WPSecureGuard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WPSecureGuard from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
14. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Services continue until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods (except under our Money-Back Guarantee)
- You remain responsible for any outstanding charges
15. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you:
- Violate these terms
- Use our services for illegal activities
- Fail to pay for services
- Engage in abusive behavior toward our staff
16. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
